How the Commission Works in Practice
The commission is 30% of the minting fee on every CoC registered by a client you referred. There is no commission on the R1,997 onboarding fee or the R499/month vault subscription — those go to platform operations. The minting fee is where the recurring revenue sits.

Commission is calculated on the minting fee only. Payments are made monthly via EFT to your South African bank account. No minimum threshold — the first R1 of commission is paid.
How Referral Tracking Works
The Referral Code System
Each partner receives a unique referral code at onboarding. When a client registers on the platform using your referral code, all subsequent minting fees from that client are attributed to your account at the 30% commission rate — for the lifetime of the client relationship.
The referral code is included in the onboarding URL you share with clients (e.g., certificatesofconformity.co.za/?ref=YOURCODE). Clients can also enter the code manually during onboarding. The attribution is permanent — if a client you referred upgrades to a vault subscription or increases their shipment frequency, your commission increases accordingly.
Commission statements are generated monthly and sent to your registered email address. The statement shows each client, each shipment, the minting fee charged, and your commission amount. Payments are made within 5 business days of the statement date.
White-Label Arrangement
Presenting CoC Vault Under Your Own Brand
White-label arrangements are available for clearing agents and freight forwarders who want to present the CoC Vault service under their own brand. Under a white-label arrangement, your clients see your company name and branding on the platform interface, not the CoC Vault brand. The underlying infrastructure, verification URLs, and QR codes remain on the certificatesofconformity.co.za domain.
White-label arrangements are commission-only — the same 30% commission rate applies. There is no setup fee or monthly fee for the white-label arrangement. The arrangement requires a simple one-page agreement covering the branding guidelines and the commission structure.
