South African importers of Phase 1 goods from Mainland China must register a Certificate of Conformity before 20 September 2026. The platform SHA-256 hashes each CoC PDF, issues a permanent public verification URL, and retains the record for 5 years per Customs and Excise Act §101. Operated by LinkDaddy LLC, Clearwater, Florida 33755. Independent of SARS, SABS, NRCS, and BMA.
